Reporting line: Office Director
Develop nominated goods sales
Look for, analyze, reach and create a partnership with agents within qualified associations and agents who actively contact Dolphin
Process, advise, and follow-up inquiries from agents to close nominated goods sales.
Conduct research on potential agents: demand, partners/ representative offices in Vietnam to come up with suitable plans (offer letters with competitive prices, bi-direction goods exchange, market information)
Offer potential agents to become strategic agents
Developing joint sales and sharing sales leads to agents
Ensure legal legitimacy in cooperating with oversea agents
Check for agents’ legitimacy
Negotiate and compose business contracts with agents
Cooperate with Accounting Department to recover public debts
Maintain and develop the company’s relationships with agents
Welcome and greet oversea agents as assigned by the Director
Maintain the relationships with soon-to-be strategic agents to ensure quality
Build brand identity on the market
Send Dolphin Sea Air Services’ profile to qualified agents
Propose plans to improve the company’s image in international markets
Cooperate with other departments to develop Dolphin’s relationship with shipping lines
Improve freehand goods sales
Develop customers based on Sales procedures.
Maintain and develop relationships with long-term customers to expand services
Positive thinking & understanding of the core values of Dolphin Sea Air thoroughly
University graduates, majoring in international trade/ international commerce/ international business….
Experience in sales/ marketing/ negotiating in international commerce in the forwarder field is an advantage.
Have solid knowledge of logistics.
Candidates with English at an intermediate level are preferred.
