What you do

Receive SI, VGM from the customer.
Create B/L on the company's system, submit SI, VGM to the shipping company/master console.
Declare AMS/ENS/AFR... Send pre-alert to foreign agents. Enter DN/CN for the agent.
Check/enter input invoice costs from the shipping company/master console/port and related subcontractors.
Combine to monitor the shipment situation, handle arising issues.

What you need

At least 01 year of experience in the Logistics field for sea import/export activities.
A university degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Commerce, Maritime, etc. is an advantage.
Good knowledge of domestic and international transportation and freight forwarding, a thorough understanding of Incoterms, etc.
Ability to think logically, creatively, and proactively work independently.
Strong persuasive communication skills, organizational skills, and good problem-solving abilities. Ability to withstand high work pressure and good teamwork skills.
High sense of responsibility, willpower, ambition, honesty, and a commitment to long-term attachment to the company.
Proficient in office computer skills.
English: proficient in all four skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
