Customer Service Staff

• Pricing: Check prices with the airline and quote to sales
• Make a booking reservation with the airline
• Notify about the shipping plan and send the SI to OPs for receiving and handling the goods at the airport
• Issue documents (HAWB/ Manifest/ SI...), submit the manifest to the airline (if applicable)
• Track and update shipment information, ETD/ ETA to customers/ agents.Issue debit notes for customers/ request payment from the airline
• Assist and advise customers on procedures, and handle arising issues.

• Graduated from a college or higher in the fields of import-export, maritime transport, foreign trade, and related fields
• Have knowledge about import-export, incoterms (mandatory)
• Have at least one year of experience in a similar position
• Have a strong interest and serious orientation towards a career in logistics, with a desire for advancement and development in position and income
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer persuasion skills
• Proactive and efficient work mindset.

Base salary: Negotiable
