What you do
- Pricing: Check prices with the airline and quote to sales
- Make a booking reservation with the airline
- Notify about the shipping plan and send the SI to OPs for receiving and handling the goods at the airport
- Issue documents (HAWB/ Manifest/ SI...), submit the manifest to the airline (if applicable)
- Track and update shipment information, ETD/ ETA to customers/ agents.Issue debit notes for customers/ request payment from the airline
- Assist and advise customers on procedures, and handle arising issues.
What you need
- Graduated from a college or higher in the fields of import-export, maritime transport, foreign trade, and related fields
- Have knowledge about import-export, incoterms (mandatory)
- Have at least one year of experience in a similar position
- Have a strong interest and serious orientation towards a career in logistics, with a desire for advancement and development in position and income
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer persuasion skills
- Proactive and efficient work mindset.
