Introduce, and sell the company's services to customers.
Consult, develop shipping plans, and sign contracts with customers.
Resolve customer complaints.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
Conduct marketing, promote the company's brand, and deliver high-quality services to customers.
Propose suggestions for improving the quality of customer service by contributing to the company's business services and systems.
Report and carry out other tasks assigned by the Branch Manager and Director.
Graduated from a college or higher education institution in fields such as business management, international trade, international economics, international business, logistics, transportation, marketing, economics, etc.
Have at least 6 months of experience in the role of air export, air freight, air co-loaders business.
Enthusiast about logistics field and sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer persuasion skills.
Fluent in English
Basic salary: 7M – 15M VND/ month + bonus up to 40%
Each year, the income and bonus will be increased on holidays [2/9,1/5, Mid-autumn festival, 1/6, New Year, Lunar New Year (1-6 month salary)
