Tracking & Updates: Track shipments, update ETD/ETA, and communicate the transportation status to customers/agents.
Customer Support & Consultation: Address inquiries, provide guidance on the shipping process, and handle any issues that arise during the delivery process.
Graduated from College or higher in fields related to Import-Export, Maritime Transportation, International Trade… with knowledge of import-export and incoterms (mandatory).
Have at least 1 year of experience in similar positions.
Passionate about and serious commitment to the logistics profession, aspiring to progress and develop both position and income.
Good communication, negotiation and convincing skills with customers.
