Customer Service Staff

What you do

Pricing: Check prices with shipping companies (Airlines, Shipping Lines) and provide quotes to Sales.
Booking: Make reservations with airlines/shipping lines and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure transportation plans are on track.
Cargo Coordination:
- Notify the shipment schedule, send Shipping Instructions (SI) to the Operations (Ops) department to execute the delivery process.
- Coordinate with Ops and other stakeholders to ensure goods are handled in a timely manner.
Documentation:
- Issue related documents such as HAWB, MAWB, Manifest, Bill of Lading (B/L), SI...
- Submit the manifest to the airline or shipping line (if required).
Tracking & Updates: Track shipments, update ETD/ETA, and communicate the transportation status to customers/agents.
Customer Support & Consultation: Address inquiries, provide guidance on the shipping process, and handle any issues that arise during the delivery process.

What you need

Graduated from College or higher in fields related to Import-Export, Maritime Transportation, International Trade… with knowledge of import-export and incoterms (mandatory).
Have at least 1 year of experience in similar positions.
Passionate about and serious commitment to the logistics profession, aspiring to progress and develop both position and income.
Good communication, negotiation and convincing skills with customers.
Sharp proactive working mindset, aiming for job efficiency.
