- Contact to check and negotiate freight rates with agents and airlines;
- Update prices and market information, space situation, delay, etc. weekly and monthly to all sales staff;
- Advise and support sales staff/customers in analyzing and negotiating prices;
- Build, expand and maintain relationships with agents and airlines by sharing two-way information, demonstrating company potential through route volume, etc.
- Make periodic work reports;
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
- Graduated from college or university with majors in Logistics, Transport Economics, Foreign Economics, International Business, etc. or related majors;
- Have solid knowledge of logistics, international freight forwarding, import and export;
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position or position undertaking similar tasks;
- Have good analytical and synthesis skills, ability to grasp the market;
- Have good communication and negotiation skills;
- Read and communicate in English;
- Be careful, honest, highly responsible for work and have the ability to work under pressure.
