What you do

  1. Customer development

  • Develop and plan the growth of Key Accounts according to department objectives.

  • Seek out and expand the customer network based on assigned targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

  • Visit customer factory sites whenever necessary to understand services and provide the best support.

  • Propose, update and strengthen policies and relationships with current Key Accounts.

  • Coordinate with departments and branches through the Functional Director and Key Account Manager to execute the plan.

  1. Customer development implementation

  • Execute and implement customer development activities.

  • Attend department meetings to devise specific action plans.

  • Address arising issues in customer maintenance and development activities.

  • Assist the Sales & Customer Service department in consulting, negotiating and handling issues during the job execution.

  • Report periodic evaluations of customer development activities to ensure progress according to targets.

  • Propose collaboration programs and improvement measures to the Head of Department to enhance the effectiveness of customer development activities.

  1. Service quality improvement

  • Participate in evaluating the current state of processes, regulations and service standards to propose improvement solutions.

  • Suggest to the Head of Department the creation of new or the improvement of existing processes/SOPs.

  • Implement the application of service improvements.

  • Report implementation results to the department.

  1. Build up and develop corporate culture within the department and company

  • Implement the Code of Conduct within the department.

  • Participate in and contribute ideas for organizing programs (travel, year-end party, Family Day, Sharing Book, Golden Bell Challenge, exercise sessions…).

  • Propose new programs and initiatives.

  1. Participate in related meetings and periodic reporting

What you need

  • Bachelor's degree in International Trade/Economics or related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

  • Have experience in the forwarding industry.

  • Prefer candidates with specialized knowledge in logistics.

  • Have experience in sales and marketing.

  • Have experience in international trade negotiations and transactions.

  • Proficient in Chinese/Japanese.

  • Communication, analytical, problem-solving and logical thinking skills.

  • Proactive, positive and flexible.
