What you do
- Pricing : Check prices with Shipping Lines and quotes for Sale
- Booking with Shipping Line
- Notify the plan to ship and send the SI to the OPs to receive and make the goods at the Port
- Issue documents (HAWB/ Manifest/ SI...), submit manifest to the shipping line (if any).
- Track and update shipment information, ETD/ETA to customers/agents.
- Issue debit notes to customers/offer payment to shipping lines.
- Support and advise customers on the process, handle arising problems.
What you need
- Graduated from college or higher majoring in import and export, shipping, foreign trade, etc. & related majors; Knowledge of import and export, incoterm (required)
- Have three or more years of experience in a similar position
- Love and have a serious orientation about the logistics profession, desire to promote and develop in terms of position and income.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer persuasion skills.
- Sharp and proactive working mindset, aiming for work efficiency
