Customs Declaration Executive
What you do
- Prepare procedures and documents for import and export activities (contracts, invoices, bills of lading, applying for the Certificate of Origin (C/O), product quality registration, chemical declarations, fumigation, etc.).
- Verify the HS code of the goods and check the import policies for the goods.
- Declare customs on the customs software (E-CUS, VNACCS/VCIS).
- Take responsibility for all import and export processes, including customs documentation preparation, container loading and unloading scheduling.
- Communicate and work with suppliers and customers about shipment schedules and cargo delivery.
- Collect customer information and research market trends, as well as trends in service demand related to the company.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the department head or branch director.
What you need
- Candidates with good English skills are preferrable
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in customs declaration for a Forwarder company.
- Graduated from a college or university with majors in Economics, International Economics, Foreign Trade, etc.
- Have a clear direction and a desire for a long-term commitment to the logistics industry.
