PROCEDURES FOR IMPORTING DISHWASHING LIQUID

Question:
We would like to know the procedures for importing dishwashing liquid to Vietnam. Please advise.
Answer:
Based on Decree No. 69/2018/ND-CP on the list of prohibited import goods, the list of imported goods with import licenses & conditions; dishwashing liquid is not a prohibited import item nor is it an item requiring an import license or conditional import. Therefore, the company can import dishwashing liquid as normal goods.

Regulations on labeling of goods, please refer to Article 10 of Decree 43/2017/ND-CP, amended by Clause 5, Article 1 of Decree 111/2021/ND-CP stipulating a number of mandatory contents. appear on the label of imported goods.

The import dossier is implemented according to the provisions of Article 16, Circular 38/2015/TT-BTC (amended and supplemented by Circular No. 39/2018/TT-BTC).
