CORRECTING HS CODE ON CUSTOMS DECLARATION OVER 60 DAYS
Questions:
Our company is an enterprise importing adhesive products for production, we declared the wrong HS code for the product & received a request to correct the HS code from the customs authority. This HS code error does not increase the tax payable on the declaration, and it has been more than 60 days since the customs clearance date. Please advise us on the penalty level in this case, if any.
