DOLPHIN SEA AIR CHAIRMAN TRAN DANG NAM RE-ELECTED AS CHAIRMAN OF THE HANOI YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS ASSOCIATION FOR THE 9TH TERM

This remarkable milestone is not only a proud achievement for Chairman Tran Dang Nam personally, but also a significant source of pride for the entire Dolphin Sea Air team throughout the company’s continuous journey of innovation, global connectivity, and commitment to supporting the Vietnamese business community.

The 9th Congress of the Hanoi Young Entrepreneurs Association was held under the theme “Transformation: Driving Change – Creating Breakthroughs”, gathering approximately 800 delegates, including business leaders, outstanding young entrepreneurs, and representatives from central government agencies and Hanoi authorities.

During the Congress, delegates officially appointed 86 Executive Committee members for the 9th term (2026 – 2031). Chairman Tran Dang Nam continued to receive strong support and trust to lead the Association in the new term.

Over the previous term, the Hanoi Young Entrepreneurs Association (HanoiBA) achieved many outstanding accomplishments, demonstrating a pioneering, innovative, and breakthrough spirit. The Association currently has more than 3,300 members, 34 affiliated units, and 10 specialized departments supporting operations and member development.

According to reports presented at the Congress, during the 8th term, HanoiBA organized more than 566 activities with over 21,520 member participations. Trade promotion programs successfully connected 2,665 business contracts with a total value exceeding VND 6,300 billion.

Many outstanding initiatives were effectively implemented, including the Vietnam Young Business Leaders Summit (VYBS), Business Networking Day, VietIndustry Exhibition, Mega Matching Trade Promotion Forum, CEO Exchange, and CEO Mentoring programs. These activities have significantly contributed to strengthening the young business community amid international integration and digital transformation trends.

In addition to professional activities, the Hanoi Young Entrepreneurs Association actively participated in social and charitable programs with a total budget of nearly VND 8 billion, while also building five schools in remote mountainous areas and organizing startup support programs for young people and students.

With its remarkable contributions during the previous term, the Association was honored with a Second-Class Labor Medal, six Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister, along with numerous prestigious awards from the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, and the Hanoi People’s Committee.

Speaking at the Congress, Chairman Tran Dang Nam emphasized the “Go Global” orientation, aiming to help Hanoi’s young businesses expand international connectivity, strengthen trade and investment promotion, and apply science and technology in business management and operations.
