• In 2025, Dolphin Sea Air officially launches its biggest internal competition ever – “Treasure Hunt with the Legendary Car Hunter” – an inspiring adventure where the spirit of conquest, the desire for breakthrough, and fierce commercial passion are awakened in every individual.
• This is more than just an internal contest. It is a declaration of the “Dare to Think – Dare to Do – Dare to Lead” spirit that defines Dolphin Sea Air – who constantly move forward, overcoming challenges to achieve higher goals every day.

• Drive sales growth - boost gross profit sustainably across the entire organization.

• Create a vibrant, fair, and exciting competition where everyone has the chance to shine.

• Recognize and honor the best individuals – those who reach glory through true capability. 

• Demonstrate Dolphin Sea Air’s competitive spirit and vibrant culture to customers, partners, potential recruits, and the broader logistics community.

The Journey & Key Milestones

Running from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, the campaign spans three legendary treasure islands, each representing a major milestone:

• Emerald Car Island: Achieve personal GP of VND 11–13 billion → Win a car worth VND 600–700 million.

• Diamond Car Island: Achieve personal GP of VND 13–15 billion → Win a car worth VND 1–1.2 billion.

• Platinum Super Car Island: Achieve personal GP of VND 15+ billion → Win a car worth VND 1.2–1.5 billion.

No winner limit – anyone who hits the target gets their prize, awarded at the year-end Gala!

How to Join

• Eligible Participants: All Dolphin Sea Air employees (except Chairman & CEO).

• Mechanism: Each staff member becomes a “Car Hunter” on their own personal sales journey. You’ll accumulate GP (Gross Profit) and collect “sales puzzle pieces” month by month, quarter by quarter.

• Challenges & Updates: Monthly leaderboards and the mini-series “Sales Tips with the Captain” – to reveal winning tricks and tactics to smash your KPIs.
