More than a summer trip, The Connection 2026 was an opportunity for Dolphin team members to step away from their daily routines, spend time together, and strengthen the connections that make our organization stronger every day.

From an energetic Team Building session to a memorable Gala Dinner, and the quieter moments spent exploring and enjoying the trip together, every experience became part of a summer to remember.

3 Days, 2 Nights of Connection and Shared Memories

After busy days at work, The Connection 2026 gave Northern Dolphiners the chance to slow down, recharge, and enjoy time with their teammates.

Sometimes, the most meaningful connections come from the simplest moments – a conversation after a long day, a shared laugh during an activity, or a group photo that captures a moment everyone will remember.

These moments may seem small, but together they create the sense of belonging that makes a team more connected.

Team Building: Stronger Together

One of the highlights of The Connection 2026 was the Team Building activity, where Dolphiners put aside their everyday work and came together for a series of fun and energetic challenges.
