Coffee Talk – Contributing to Dolphin's corporate culture development.

The modern business environment is incessantly developing, not only setting new requirements for businesses but also increasing demands on employees. Therefore, training and learning are considered by Dolphin Sea Air as a cultural element that needs to be prioritized and invested.

The Coffee Talk program is part of the "Corporate Culture" development plan that the company attaches great importance to promoting. The program contributes to promoting a culture of learning and connection, through which colleagues will be able to share all information, knowledge, skills... in any field. At the same time, the program also creates a space to exchange, relax and relieve stress at work.

In the first half of 2021, Dolphin Sea Air together organized 6 issues of Coffee Talk with many interesting topics, different formats, and spaces. The opening of the Coffee Talk series is a program with the subject "Balance your life and control your emotions" with the sharing from theory to reality of the guest speaker - Ms. Doan Thu Nga - and the members of the Company’s Board of Directors.

After that, Dolphin Sea Air organized the following programs in turn at the branches. In Hanoi, Coffee Talk No.2 with the subject "Positive thinking" was successfully held in an outdoor space, bringing a very new experience to employees. In Ho Chi Minh, Dolphin Sea Air family members shared with each other to “Becoming a Pro in Writing English Business emails”. The program was very successful when it was practical, fun, and engaging.

During the time of the Covid-19 outbreak again, Coffee Talk's face-to-face meetings have been changed to an Online format. Topics, such as “Living with Covid”, “Initiatives in Covid times”, and “Health: Gut”, are very relevant to the situation and received a very enthusiastic response from employees due to their practicality. The topics provide the knowledge and skills to get through this phase in work and daily life safely and healthily.

The Coffee Talk series will continue to be implemented in the future with more useful topics to further contribute to the development of learning and sharing culture as well as the corporate culture of Dolphin Sea Air.
