Mr. Victor Tran (Chairman of Dolphin Sea Air Services Corp.) was honored to receive the Red Star Award 2022

On November 8th, Mr. Victor Tran was honored as "Top 10 Red Star Entrepreneurs" within the framework of the Red Star Award 2022 - a prestigious award organized by the Viet Nam Youth Federation and the Vietnam Young Bussiness Association.

Starting in 1999, up to now, the Red Star Award has been organized 11 times, honoring nearly 400 outstanding young entrepreneurs who have made many contributions to Vietnam's socioeconomic development and portraying typical examples for young entrepreneurs and young people to follow. Among them, it is possible to mention “big names” in Vietnam, such as businessman Vu Van Tien (Chairman of Geleximco), businessman Tran Ngoc Thuan (Chairman of Vietnam Rubber Group), businessman Tran Ba Duong (Chairman of Truong Hai Automobile Joint Stock Company), businessman Pham Dinh Doan (Chairman of Phu Thai Group), businessman Nguyen Tuan Hai (Chairman of Alphanam Group), businessman Tran Dinh Long (Chairman of Hoa Phat Group), etc. In particular, Red Star businessman Nguyen Van Thang has just become the new Minister of Transport.

Deploying in July 2022, the Red Star Award - Typical Vietnamese Young Entrepreneur 2022 has received hundreds of nominations for typical Vietnamese young entrepreneurs to participate. The award voting process from Preliminary, Evaluation to Final Selection is carried out in a strict and scientific manner. On September 27, 2022, the National Award Preliminary Council met and selected 110 young Entrepreneur candidates to enter the final round, in which, the top 10 best candidates were considered on the strictly voting rounds.

In addition to the criteria of business achievements, leadership, and management capacity, the entrepreneurs awarded the title of "Typical young Vietnamese entrepreneur - Red Star 2022" must also show their dedication to society, especially during the recent challenging Covid-19 pandemic.

Attending the award ceremony were Politburo members: Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Vo Van Thuong, Head of the Central Economic Commission Tran Tuan Anh. Also attending were First Secretary of the Central Committee Doan Bui Quang Huy and representatives of leaders of departments, ministries, and branches, and nearly 2,000 delegates representing businesses across the country.

With passion, enthusiasm, creativity, and innovation in business and business management, Mr. Victor Tran was honored to be awarded the title of "Top 10 Red Star Entrepreneurs 2022". This title is a testament to his will and vision with all his staff in building and developing businesses to bring the best values ​​to the community, especially in the context of the global economy and Vietnam's economy facing many challenges.

On the same day on the morning of November 8, at the Presidential Palace, President Nguyen Xuan Phuc met and congratulated the delegation of the typical Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association 2022 and the outstanding young entrepreneurs awarded as “top 10 Red Star Award 2022”. Mr. Victor Tran is also honored to participate in this event.
